What is Krezus ?

Krezus is a gift box that contains a real stock share.
Inside, you get a physical card (with a unique activation code), a nice gift-box, and once activated the share is held in your name. The box makes buying a share as simple and giftable as buying any consumer product.

Is this a derivative, a token or a “fake” share?

No. It is a genuine equity share. When the card is activated, the share is purchased on the markets (via our financial partners) and registered in the name of the benificiary. This is not a derivative or speculative instrument.

How does activation work ?

1. You receive the box and card

2. You download the Krezus app or go the beta app :

3. You create an account (secure)

4. You enter the unique code from the card

5. The share is automatically credited to your portfolio in the app

Who actually holds the share ?

The share is held under the name of the benificiary, though our licensed broker-as-a-service partner. That ensures compliance, regulation and real ownership.

Can the recipient resell or trade the share later ?

Yes, once the share is in their portfolio (after activation), they can trade, sell or keep it any other share un their brokerage account, directly from the Krezus app.
